    Experience
    • Executive Partner at Gluon Group, experienced renewable energy investor and financier with a career in sustainable energy infrastructure and financial services for 30 years with Better Energy, Palmetto, Moody’s, JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch. Per co-founded Better Energy in 2013, having previously advised on the creation of nowadays Orsted in 2004 and BP Lightsource in 2010, and he most recently led the IPO of ClimateRock on Nasdaq in May 2022. He has developed, invested in and financed more than 5GW of renewable energy assets. Per holds a MSc Sloan Fellowship from London Business School and a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

    • Charles Ratelband is a fifth-generation entrepreneur with extensive experience in the investment world. In 2007 he founded RREG, an established international boutique investment & institutional advisory firm, mainly active on the European market with a strong focus on Germany. Core values of Charles’ entrepreneurship are respect, integrity and reliability. Charles has, in cooperation with his network consisting of reputable, professional parties, conducted extensive research into the possibilities concerning profitable green wind investments on the European market. Charles is the Founder and Managing Director of WindShareFund, which contributes to the energy transition by making renewable energy.

    • Experienced finance leader with cross-sector experience in telecoms, healthcare and banking in UK, Asia and Russia across the last 30 years, covering areas: corporate restructuring, turnarounds, start-ups, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and pan-regional roles (revenue $1bn). CEO/Founder of Consentz, providing clinic management. Set up Light Touch Clinic a successful cosmetic medicine clinic and helped turnaround a number of SMEs, following the financial crash. Positions held included CFO Cable & Wireless (Japan and Asia) and Managing Partner of MG Partners where he led the turnaround and return to profit of a fully distressed sports retail business. Holds an MSc Sloan Fellowship from London Business School.

    • Over 13 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer, gained at the UK’s Slaughter and May and the US firm Kirkland & Ellis. Specialises in corporate, commercial and finance matters, in particular outbound and inbound private equity transactions. More recently worked for a major UK multinational, first in EMEA, then as Head of Legal for Growth Markets (Asia, the Middle East and Africa).
